Everybody at a seminar has a laptop open. Notes, recordings, photos of the slides. Almost none of it ever gets opened again. This is what three days of those notes look like when you build them into something you can actually run.
These are Ian Kirk's lessons. He did not invent the frameworks. He learned them from the operators teaching them, ran them against his own work, and teaches them here the way he uses them now. Every number that belongs to somebody else stays marked as reported and second-hand.
