Seminar notes · Day 1

The 100-Member Skool Launch Map

Launch a minimum viable community and follow one traffic path to the first 100 members.

Taught by Ian Kirk · Day 1

Ian Kirk did not invent these frameworks — they came from the operators teaching them, got tested against real work, and are taught here the way they actually get used. Every number belonging to somebody else stays marked as reported and second-hand.

A community funnel is the cheapest distribution you will ever own, and almost nobody launches one because they are busy building the thing that goes inside it first. That is backwards. Put up the room, then furnish it.

The pitch, in the words it was sold to me in, is one sentence. Simple to set up, and once you have it rocking and rolling, Skool feeds you free leads and high-quality leads at that. It helps you get past the trust recession, it is more fun than running ads, and the people who run it well add serious profit on the back of it.

The map is short enough to hold in your head. Put up an about page, one course and two posts, and launch. Pick one traffic mechanism and work it. Get to ten members, then fifty, then a hundred. That is the whole thing, and the rest of this page is how each piece works.

Free. One email, then the whole thing.

6 sections, 4 frameworks, 6 steps to run, the links worth keeping. Free, one email.
