Privacy Policy

What I collect, and what I do with it.

Effective October 21, 2026

This policy covers ianryankirk.com and the internal Google Workspace tools I use to run my business. It is run by Ian Ryan Kirk, who also trades as Captain AI ("I", "me"). Questions or requests go to solutionsystempro@gmail.com.

What the website collects

The site only collects what you type into it, plus basic visit information. Specifically:

  • Sign-up and download forms: your name and email. If you choose "Sign in with Google" on a form, the site keeps only your first name and email from your Google profile.
  • The call application at /contact: your name, email, phone, business name, website, role and your answers about your business, revenue and goals. Your answers are scored automatically to decide which next step you see (a booking calendar, a reply from me, or a group call). A person can always review it: email me if you think the result is wrong.
  • Tools you paste text into (the offer doc builder, the Reactivation Sprint, the Constraint Diagnostic and similar): what you enter, the result the tool produces, and your email.
  • Client intake forms: the business details you provide so I can deliver work you bought.
  • Visit information: the page or link you came from, campaign and referral tags in the link (such as utm_source or ref), and on some guide and proposal pages, how long you stayed, how far you scrolled and your browser type. This is recorded by the site itself, not by an analytics company.

The site runs no advertising pixels and no third-party analytics, and it sets no cookies of its own. Your browser's local storage remembers which guides you unlocked, so you are not asked twice. You can clear it in your browser settings at any time.

Why I use it

  • To send you the guide or result you asked for.
  • To reply to your application, decide whether a call is a good fit, and prepare for the call.
  • To follow up about my services. You can tell me to stop at any time.
  • To see which pages and links bring people in, so I know what to improve.

Who else handles it

I do not sell your data and I do not share it with advertisers. It is handled by these services, only so the site works:

  • Supabase: the database where form entries are stored.
  • Vercel: hosts the website.
  • Anthropic (Claude): the AI model that writes the output of the AI tools, using the text you enter.
  • GoHighLevel: the booking calendar embedded on the site. It collects your booking details itself, under its own policy.
  • Google: "Sign in with Google" and web fonts.
  • YouTube: embedded videos on some pages, which YouTube may track under its own policy.
  • My AI assistant: reads call applications to draft follow-up emails. It only writes drafts. I read and send them myself.

Payments happen on Stripe or Whop checkout pages, not on this site. Links to Skool and other services take you to sites with their own privacy policies.

My internal Google Workspace tools

I run two Google OAuth apps for my own use: Claude Google Workspace Wizard and a personal Workspace command-line (CLI) client. They are not public products. Only I sign in to them, with my own Google accounts, and they run on my own computer.

They read, organize, draft and send email in my own Gmail, and read and update my own Google Calendar, Drive, Docs and Sheets. That data can include messages, events and files from people who contact me.

  • The data is used only to run my own business workflows: inbox triage, scheduling, follow-ups and records.
  • It is never sold.
  • It is never used for advertising, including targeted, personalized or interest-based ads.
  • It is not transferred to anyone, except as needed to run these tools (for example, to the AI model that helps me process my own email), to comply with the law, or to keep the tools secure.
  • No one reads it except me, or an automated process acting on my instruction.
  • It is not used to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
  • Sign-in tokens are stored locally on my computer. I can revoke them at any time from my Google account.

Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How long I keep it

I keep form entries for as long as they are useful for working with you, or until you ask me to delete them. Data in my Google accounts follows Google's normal retention, and I delete it when it is no longer needed.

Your choices

Email solutionsystempro@gmail.com to see what I hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, or stop follow-ups. I will reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA, and I will honor them.

Security

Access to stored data is restricted, and the keys that can read it are kept on the server, out of the website code. No system is perfectly secure, but I take reasonable steps to protect your data.

Children

The site is for business owners. It is not meant for anyone under 16, and I do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes, I will update the date at the top. See also the Terms of Service.
