The rules for using this site.

You can read, use and share the free content for your own business. Please do not:

• Break, overload or try to get around the security of the site or its forms and tools.
• Scrape or copy the site in bulk, or resell the guides, frameworks or downloads as your own.
• Submit someone else’s personal details without their permission.
• Use the AI tools to produce anything unlawful, deceptive or abusive.

When you fill in a form, apply for a call or paste text into a tool, you confirm the information is yours to share and is accurate. You keep ownership of it. You let me use it to reply to you, run the tool you asked for and follow up about my services. The Privacy Policy explains how that data is handled.

Some tools, such as the offer doc builder and the Reactivation Sprint, write drafts with an AI model. The output can be wrong or incomplete. Read it, check it and edit it before you send it to anyone. You are responsible for what you publish or send, including following the messaging and consent rules that apply to your business.

The content is education and opinion, not legal, financial or tax advice. Results on this site, including the posts on the results page, are what people reported in their own words. They are not typical or promised outcomes, and your results depend on your business and your work.

Paid sessions, builds and programs are sold through a checkout (such as Stripe or Whop) or a written agreement. The terms shown at checkout or in that agreement, including price and refund terms, apply to that purchase.

The site links to other services, including Skool communities, my separate apps, booking calendars and software I use. Those services have their own terms. Some links are affiliate or referral links, which means I may earn a commission if you sign up, at no extra cost to you.

The site, its writing, frameworks, designs and downloads belong to Ian Ryan Kirk unless a page says otherwise. Third-party names and logos belong to their owners.

I work to keep the site accurate and running, but it is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, that come from using the site, its free tools or its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

I may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
