The Vibe-to-Production App Brief
Turn a rough app idea into a build brief Claude Code can execute, without mistaking a one-shot prototype for finished software.
Ian Kirk did not invent these frameworks — they came from the operators teaching them, got tested against real work, and are taught here the way they actually get used. Every number belonging to somebody else stays marked as reported and second-hand.
You can get an app out of Claude Code in an afternoon. That part is real and it is not the hard part. The hard part starts the moment somebody who is not you opens it.
So this page is in two halves. First the method: a five-part prompt worth memorizing, the stack that sits underneath it, and one app built with it start to finish. Then the half almost nobody publishes, which is what happens next.
That second half is why this page is worth reading twice. The people I have watched ship this stuff say the same thing: it is not so much that you one-shot something and you have something ready to go. One of them had been chipping away at the same app for a long stretch and was still working on it. The prompt is the easy part. What follows it is password resets that hit a sending limit, authorizations nobody checked, errors users hit in silence, and a demo that worked the night before and fell apart on stage.
