01 · The phone-to-post workflow
Your ideas.
Your phone.
Your time back.
You teach. Your agent prepares the posts. You review the work and approve the schedule. Here is the setup behind Sophia’s phone workflow, with prompts you can use today.

The path
- Dictate a lesson into your connected messaging channel.
- Hermes passes the task to your coding agent and connected tools.
- The agent returns drafts. You approve specific posts and times.
What you get here
- A connection checklist and read-only first test.
- Copy-and-use prompts for drafts, review and scheduling.
- Jay’s walkthrough and a checklist for proving the whole path.
Start with the connection you actually have.
iMessage and Telegram are entry points. They need a configured bridge to your agent. The phone sequence in the video illustrates the experience; this guide does not claim that your accounts are already connected.
02 · The phone-to-post workflow
Connect once.
Verify first.
GHLCLI gives a coding agent tools for your GoHighLevel account. A request becomes useful only when the agent has the right account, permissions and supported commands.
Connection checklist
- Use the GHL location and Instagram account you own or manage.
- Install the authorized CLI package and its agent skill. Keep credentials in the protected credential profile, never in a chat or public repo.
- Connect Claude Code or your supported coding agent to that environment.
- For mobile use, connect Hermes through your installed iMessage bridge or Telegram bot. Test one harmless round trip.
First request to your agent
- “Read only: identify the selected GoHighLevel location, connected social accounts and existing scheduled posts. Do not create, edit, send or publish anything.”
- Confirm the location and handles match your intended accounts.
- Ask which commands support drafts, video media and scheduling in this installed version.
- If a capability is missing, stop and use the supported UI or an approved adapter. Do not silently switch accounts or publish immediately.
Access and setup
This page is the guide, not a public download of a private CLI or a one-click agent installer. Use the setup supplied with your authorized access. If you need the Captain AI deployment configured, ask Ian about setup. Internal builder integrations can change with GoHighLevel updates.
03 · The phone-to-post workflow
Speak the lesson.
Get three drafts.
On your iPhone, open the connected agent conversation, tap dictation, speak the request, read the transcription and hit Send.
Prompt 1: prepare, do not publish
- “Hermes, prepare three Instagram posts from this lesson: [paste or dictate the lesson]. My audience is educational creators. Give each post a different hook, a useful takeaway and one CTA. Use CREATE for the presenter workflow guide and GHLCLI for the direct-connection guide. Return the drafts here. Do not schedule or publish.”
Review the response
- Is the teaching point useful and accurate?
- Does the voice sound like your brand?
- Does each keyword lead to the matching resource?
- Does every media file use approved characters and audio?
Keep the agent focused
- Give it the actual lesson and approved assets.
- Name the platform and account.
- Keep unapproved work as drafts or local files.
- Ask it to identify missing access instead of inventing a successful result.
04 · The phone-to-post workflow
Approve the details.
Then schedule.
Separate “prepare this” from “publish this.” A phone message can carry precise approval without making you live inside a workflow editor.
Prompt 2: propose open slots
- “Read the current Social Planner calendar. Propose the next three empty slots for the approved drafts in America/Los_Angeles. Show the account, local date and time, caption, media and destination URL for each. Do not book the slots yet.”
Prompt 3: approve the exact schedule
- “I approve drafts [IDs] for [account] at [dates and times, timezone]. Recheck those slots. Schedule only these versions. If a slot is occupied or an asset changed, stop and report it. Return the saved post IDs, times and statuses.”
Check the saved result
Open Social Planner and verify the account, media, caption, time zone and scheduled status. A message saying “done” is not the record. For video uploads, verify the installed CLI supports video media; otherwise use the supported Social Planner interface or an approved publishing integration. Never treat an image-only command as a video uploader.

The comment becomes
the next step.
Use two separate resource paths so creators get what the video promised.
CREATE
- Comment CREATE on Instagram.
- Opening DM: “Want the AI presenter workflow guide? Tap YES below and I’ll send it.”
- Tap YES to receive the AI Presenter Workflow Guide.
GHLCLI
- Comment GHLCLI on Instagram.
- Opening DM: “Want the phone-to-GoHighLevel guide? Tap YES below and I’ll send it.”
- Tap YES to receive this field guide.
Prove delivery before sending traffic
Use a non-owner test account. Comment the keyword, open the DM, tap YES and open the right guide. Check duplicate handling and confirm a nonmatching comment stays silent. On YouTube Shorts, use a channel profile link or related video for clickable access; do not promise an automated private DM. Shorts description and comment URLs are not clickable.

Jay demonstrates a coding agent working with GoHighLevel. The walkthrough uses Codex; the same delegation approach depends on the tools and permissions available in your own setup.
