Three replies for when a couple asks how much.
Answer the price question, then ask one about them. Copy a reply, change the brackets, send.
1. The first reply
When they ask "how much?" and nothing else.
Hi [name], congratulations. Our collections start at [your starting price]. Before I send the full guide, where are you getting married?
2. After they answer
When they tell you the venue or the date.
[Venue] is beautiful, especially around [time of day]. Here is the full guide: [link]. What matters most to you two about the photos?
3. The call invite
When they have replied twice. Not before.
That helps a lot. The easiest way to plan [the part they care about] is a 15-minute call. Does [day] or [day] work better?
Why this works
A price on its own gives a couple nothing to reply to. A question about their day does. Keep each reply short, answer what they asked, and ask one thing back.
